Measure Baked Good Temperatures Inside Ovens in a More Precise Way
Breadometer™ solves the problem of randomly placed thermocouples for baked goods thermal profiling with 1 air and 5 insertion thermocouples in a one-piece probe. This new device is designed to reliably find the coldest area in the baked good (the latest to arrive at baking temperature) in a consistent way, no matter who is using it. The stop plate raises the probe with oven spring to maintain orientation too. Software for the M.O.L.E.® profiler automatically calculates S-Curve data for improved yields and profits from this easy and accurate method.
